We will always have that one love that we will have a bit of a space in our hearts no matter how much time passes and no matter how many people we’ve come to love and let go in our lifetime.
And in each time that we think or we believe that we’ve found that one love, something will happen in our lives that will make us realize that THAT one love isn’t always the last or the most meaningful one.
Sometimes, when after all life’s shit and blessings have rained down on you and after all the world has been handed to you in a silver platter and you believe you can’t possibly ask for anymore, you will realize that THAT one love is something that you keep, cherish and never got to let go inspite of all the upheavals, changes and challenges you’ve experienced in life.
Don’t let it go. And most importantly, don’t let the days go by*.
* This phrase was picked up from a senior graduation photograph of a good friend. That was her parting lines and I realized now, that maybe, I’ve let too many days go by.
Haberdey and thanks to officemates/really good friends Chie, Sophie and Ann for their wonderful birthday blowout at GB3. Dinner at Krokodile Grill was great, Vocal exercise at Red Box was fun(ny), and drinks at DiMarck’s was fun. It all ended up fun and relaxing and a great way to catch up and forget about the real world for a moment (except when footing the bills and all that). But it’s all good!
Some photos from the get together:
Good night and ciao.
